Sales Director

A well-known pioneering company serving high net-worth investors and entrepreneurs in the fast-growing legal cannabis industry seeks a meticulous, warm-hearted, driven, and experienced Sales Director to join its awesome team of results-oriented professionals.   • Identify and target high net worth individuals and/or investors for membership and asset management opportunities
  • Establish sales objectives and KPIs by forecasting, developing, monitoring and managing sales quotas
  • Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
  • Represent and speak on behalf of the company at relevant business conferences and events



  • 5-7 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success in closing, and maintaining clients.
  • Proven experience and success selling and closing financial services or selling to high net worth clients
  • Sales experience in a startup/entrepreneurial entity and demonstrated experience influencing the growth of a small company into a midsize or larger one highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of angel investing and/or the legal cannabis industry is a plus.
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Work Environment

Despite the fast-paced nature of this role, the company culture is one that radically supports a good work/life balance and encourages no-work weekends and an open-ended vacation policy. At least 4 times per year, you’ll travel for a few days to a new city where we put on a world-class newsworthy event and a legendary party for our clients. If you are based in the Bay Area, you’ll work in a newly renovated sunny office with adjustable standing/sitting desks and a spectacular view of downtown Oakland. The Bart stop is literally five steps from the front door of the impressive historic building.
