What is your favorite thing about working in cannabis and what keeps you excited about continuing to work in this space? What do you find to be unique about this industry?

There are a lot of people in the industry willing to collaborate and network with you; synergies is a word I hear frequently. I have met some of the most open and interesting people in my life through Cannabis. The industry is emerging at a time that affords us the opportunity to be intentionally diverse and welcoming of all peoples and ideas and I think the innovations we have seen in recent years in almost every facet of the business is a testament to that reality.
